Welcome Back to the 2017-2018 School Year!

Summer Break is ending and the school year is about to start! We welcome you to the 2017-2018 school year at Legacy Elementary. Below is informationto help you and your family plan for a productive start to the school year. We look forward to seeing everyone!

 

Tuesday, August 8th – Student’s teachers and bus information will be available to parents on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal by end of day. If you do not have a login & password to the IC Parent Portal please call the office.

Monday, August 14th – Open House for 1st grade – 5th grade, 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Meet your teacher, find your classroom, and drop off school supplies.          
                
August 14th & 15th – Kindergarten Orientation, Assessment, and Welcome per schedule. Parents, if you don’t have an assigned date & time please call the office.

Tuesday, August 15th – First Day of School for 1st-5th graders  

Thursday, August 17th – First day of School for all Kindergarten. Part time kindergarten classes have a half day on Thursday and Friday. The following week will be your regular schedule. Full time kindergarten is all day Thursday and Friday.

Friday, August 18th – Student Picture Day!

Monday, September 4th – No School/Labor Day

Wednesday, September 6th – Late Start Day. School starts at 11:30am and buses will run 2.5 hours later than your normal pick up time. Lunch will be as usual.
