What do you like best about teaching?

Teaching is the best job! We get to sing, dance, laugh, improvise, think, read, create, and make connections every day. There isn't another job where you can accomplish all of those things each and every day. 

How do you prepare students to meet future challenges?

I teach my students to ask good questions, to be thoughtful of others, and to believe in themselves when things are hard or don't go the way they expected.
