What do you like best about teaching?

I like the challenge of teaching. Every day is something new because as a teacher I am working with 20+ kids who are all different. I get to work with students and show them that they all have something unique and special to contribute to this world. I love watching them grow and hopefully make them better people while I have them in my class.  

How do you prepare students to meet future challenges?

I teach children to be problem solvers. I believe this is an important skill that everyone needs to have when facing challenges in both academics and life.
